Ingredients:
Graham cracker crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, from about 13 sheets of graham crackers
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- pinch of salt
Cheesecake filling
- 15 ounces 2% plain Greek yogurt, about 1⅔ cups
- 16 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- finely grated zest of 1 small lemon , optional
