Ingredients:

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, (full-fat or non-fat works)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk, any kind, (I used 2%)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste, (or vanilla extract)
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries, roughly chopped in half, (if using frozen raspberries, let thaw completely and pat dry)
- Butter or oil for cooking
