Ground Turkey Pasta

Ground Turkey Pasta

My family always goes for seconds when I make this ground turkey pasta. It's an easy, cheesy, comforting dinner that comes together in under 30 minutes with familiar ingredients. Let me show you how to whip up this flavorful, family-friendly meal that's sure to become a regular feature in your home.

This ground turkey pasta is on my list of easy midweek recipes that everyone enjoys. It uses mostly pantry staples, so I know if I have a pound of ground turkey, I can make this recipe without going to the grocery store. It comes together fast which also means dinner will be on the table in under 30 minutes.

There are a lot of reasons I love this creamy ground turkey pasta recipe, but here's why it my go-to:

Balance: With protein, pasta, and veggies, it's an all-in-one meal that ticks all the boxes.

Satisfying: It's comforting and delicious. Love it or loathe it, it's like a healthy upscaled version of hamburger helper.

Ease: It's a no-brainer recipe that's easily memorized.

Adaptable: It's a versatile meal so you can use ingredients you have on hand like a different pasta shape or ground beef instead of turkey. Don't be shy to make substitutions!

Budget-friendly: The ingredients are all relatively affordable, and it's the sort of recipe you can throw things in to use up what's left in the fridge. I love when I can reduce my food waste by incorporating that half a pepper into something new.

Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces short-shaped pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion (finely minced)

  • ½ cup cream cheese (cut into small pieces)

  • 3 ounces baby spinach
