 - 1 pound meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal)
- 1/2 cup unseasoned panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8– ounces thin spaghetti
- 1 (24- ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella or thinly sliced rounds of fresh mozzarella
- Optional garnish – chopped fresh parsley and or chopped fresh basil
