Ingredients:
Salmon Marinade
- 4 salmon fillets, 6 ounces each
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- one food grade approved cedar plank large enough for the 4 filets
