Cauliflower Gratin

Cauliflower Gratin uses sharp cheddar, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Parmesan Cheese, and black pepper. And I love this extra-easy way to cook cauliflower for a side dish or a meatless main dish!
This Cauliflower Gratin is a recipe that has quite a few fans and it’s low-carb, delicious, comforting, and also ridiculously easy to make. And there’s something so perfect about the combination of cauliflower plus cheese. My blog does have quite a few gratin recipes, but this one is a dish I make over and over.
