Instant Pot Salsa Pork Chops

Instant Pot Salsa Pork Chops are an extra-easy dinner the whole family will love, and no one will guess this is a low-carb meal!

These Instant Pot Salsa Pork Chops are such an easy and tasty dinner idea! I’m guessing everyone who likes pork chops will love this simple recipe where you brown seasoned pork chops, put them in the Instant Pot with low-sugar salsa and lime juice, and cook under pressure for just 2 minutes. Then remove pork chops to a baking dish, spoon over the liquid from the Instant Pot, sprinkle with cheese, and broil just until the cheese is melted.

Doesn’t that sound delicious for a quick dinner? I browned the pork chops in a pan on the stove for the best browning, but you can brown them in batches in the Instant Pot if you prefer. And if your family likes pork chops, I hope you’ll try this tasty way to cook them.

I ate one of my leftover pork chops for breakfast the next day, that’s how good they were! And if you’re not such a fan of the Instant Pot, you can make these tasty salsa pork chops in the Slow Cooker!
