Salad with Fruits

This Salad with Fruits recipe is beautifully fresh and colourful – sweet fruit and berries, mixed greens, goat cheese and a simple lemon poppyseed dressing!

If you know me in real life you’ll know that I love a good salad. Or two. Like, every single day. Basically, if I could eat salad every day for the rest of my life you wouldn’t hear me complaining. Thankfully salads are perfect for variety because there are SO many ways to switch up your salad game from day to day.

This Salad with Fruits is one of my favourite summer salads to enjoy for lunch with some grilled chicken or salmon, or as a side with a summer dinner. If you like salads even a little bit, trust me – you’re going to LOVE this one!
