Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are roasted to crispy perfection and jazzed up with a sweet, savory, and tangy sauce to make them extra delicous. This is an easy side you’ll make again and again!

Raise your hand if you grew up hating Brussels sprouts. (Look at all those hands!) Isn’t it amazing how so many of us loathed those little baby cabbages as kids, but now we just can’t get enough of them as adults?! While our taste buds definitely change as we get older, I think a lot of it is in how they’re cooked and these honey balsamic Brussels sprouts are totally perfection.

Ingredients:
  • 1lb. of brussels sprouts, halved and trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon of tamari (or soy sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to season

10 minutes
Cook Time:

Total Time:
