Easy Coconut Peach Popsicles

The perfect summer treat on a hot summer day! These yummy and easy coconut peach popsicles are a great way to cool off from the summer heat. They are sweet, without the use of any refined sugar, making them a guilt free treat that the whole family will enjoy. I like to enjoy mine pool side.

There’s something fun and exciting about enjoying a popsicle on a sunny day. Maybe it’s because it reminds us of our childhood. I have very fond memories of running to my parents and asking for a dollar whenever the sound of the ice cream truck came by.

In the interest of healthy treats, these homemade coconut peach popsicles are the perfect choice! They contain no refined sugar, and are low in calories. With only 3 ingredients required, how can you go wrong? Throw your peaches, coconut milk, and sweetener of choice (if using) into a high powered blender or food processor. Then pour the mixture into your Popsicle Molds and freeze!

  • 1 400 ml can coconut milk
