Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds beef skirt steak sliced thin in ½ inch strips
  • 1 Large red onion sliced thin
  • 4 bell peppers sliced thin

  • 1 1/5 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Kosher sea salt
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ Tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoons Cumin
  • ¼ Tablespoon Paprika
  • ½ Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • Cooking spray
