1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature, divided
4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats, divided (gluten-free if needed)
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped cashews
