- 16 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 oz. Cream Cheese softened
- 1 egg
- 2 large hard cooked egg yolks pressed through fine mesh strainer
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup eggnog
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 2 1/4 cups Powdered sugar
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese cut into 8 pieces
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp EACH ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoons eggnog
